The International Energy Brigades Network builds the capacity of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to provide an innovative, community-based response to the growing energy demand, fuel poverty and unsustainable energy policies in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States of the former Soviet Union.
